OVERVIEW
If you are a partnered merchant (meaning that your company is using a Riskified product), you can see everything related to your account inside the Control Center (Riskified’s web app). This article walks you through the steps of getting access to the Control Center.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
What is the Control Center?
The Control Center is Riskified’s web application, where you can manage your account. This includes things like:
- Viewing and taking action on orders, customer identities, chargebacks, and claims
- Analyzing account performance and trends
- Updating account settings and user access
The Control Center is only available for partnered merchants (those with active and signed contracts).
- For a beginner walk-though of our web application, see Control Center Basics.
- For more advanced content, partnered merchants can sign into our documentation hub (Help Center) and access in-depth knowledge across our product suite.

Sign In with Password
Instructions
- An owner or admin from your team must add you to the Riskified account.
- Once they have added you, you will receive an invitation email that you must accept. You have 7 days to accept the invite. If you miss the 7-day window, then the owner/admin will need to re-send the invite to you.
- Once you accept the invitation, you will be prompted to set your password. Depending on your account’s security (preset by the owner/admin on your company’s account), you will also be required to enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) via an authenticator app or email-based one-time password code.
- We recommend that you bookmark https://app.riskified.com/app/auth-login so you can quickly get to the login page in the future.
Keep in Mind
- You may occasionally be asked to re-authenticate with MFA/email code during login as part of adaptive security checks to ensure account safety.
- To proactively keep your account secure, Riskified will require you to change your password on a routine basis. You will be notified when it is time to do this.
