Control Center Navigation
These are the main sections and navigational tools to help you move throughout the Control Center.
- Menu bar - Expand/Minimize
- All Orders Table - View orders sent to Riskified
- Products - Navigate to product-specific dashboards and content
- Billing - Access transactions, invoices, and billing settings
- Account Settings - Manage account details such as user access, technical details, and security
- Search Features
- Search Bar - Find a single order using order ID or email
- Date Range - Display data for particular dates
- Store Selection - Toggle between your multiple stores
- User Profile - Update your personal settings
Note: Depending on your user role, you may not have access to everything in the Control Center. Read more about user management at User Roles & Permissions.
All Orders Table
Use the All Orders table to see a full list of orders, navigate to specific orders, and filter to order segments.
These are the most frequently used data columns:
- Order ID - The order number used by your company
- Status - The order’s decision under Riskified’s Chargeback Guarantee product
- Merchant Status - What happened to the order on your end, regardless of Riskified
Here are the tools you can use to customize data in the All Orders table:
- Quick filters - Easily change the data set to specific Riskified statuses
- Arrange/Remove columns - Hover over the column heading to re-organize or remove data
- Add columns - Add and organize data
- Export data - Download a .csv for further analysis
Order Details Page
Every order sent to Riskified has its own dedicated page with details and data about that specific order.
Order Status Tags
In the order header, you will see status tags that indicate the overall Riskified status as well as secondary flows that the order may have gone through.
Order statuses indicate where each order stands in the review process and update in real-time. They are visible as labels and also have an updated sequence in the Activity Log. These statuses may also be applied as filters and added to columns in the All Orders table to help you view aggregated data.

Activity Log
The Activity Log allows you to see all events and comments related to a specific order over time:
- View actions and decisions made on the order and when they occurred
- Add in any notes or comments about the order that you want the whole team to be able to see and refer back to
- Track decision notifications sent to your system
- Easily export JSON files for every API event
Decision Breakdown
Under the lightbulb icon, you will be able to view details about Riskified’s decision. This feature will available to use on:
- All orders that were reviewed under Adaptive Checkout and/or Policy Protect
- Orders declined under Chargeback Guarantee
Order Actions
There are multiple tools available to your team to manage your orders and optimize customer interactions. The order actions available will vary depending on the order status and the Riskified products that you use. You can read more about the actions you can use under each product’s documentation section.
Order Data
In the main section of the Order Details page, you will see a breakdown of the order’s data alongside some of Riskified’s enrichment. You can also use the tabs to quickly navigate to the data category that you want to view. This includes data on:
- Post-Checkout Events (Related chargebacks and claims made after the order was fulfilled)
- Customer Details (Name, Email, and ID)
- Identity (High level identity information and a quick link to Identity Details Page for our merchants using our Identity Explore product)
- Order Details (Payment, delivery, network, device, cart, location)
- Linking (See how an order is linked to other transactions within your business and across our global merchant network)
Contact Support About an Order
For order-specific questions, please use the Control Center to contact us. Contacting us directly from the Control Center allows our team to quickly resolve your questions as the order/customer data is automatically linked to your inquiry.
- Log into the Control Center.
- Find the relevant order.
- Once you are on the order’s page, click Order Actions > Contact Support. A submission form will appear.
- Once you submit the form, our Customer Support team will send you a response back to your user’s email.
