What is Chargeback Guarantee?
Riskified serves as your partner against fraudsters in card-not-present transactions. Chargeback Guarantee is Riskified’s signature product that enables merchants to accept more orders without incurring the risk of costly fraud chargebacks. Chargeback Guarantee Integration
We have several integration options available based on your business needs. However, there is a general process that we follow for all of our merchants to ensure a smooth technical transition. Your dedicate Integrations Engineer will walk you through all the necessary steps. Here are some resources to help guide you:
API Integration
API Integration for Chargeback Guarantee is our most customizable option available.
Shopify Integration
Our Shopify Integration for Chargeback Guarantee is quick and seamless. From the moment the app is installed in your store, Riskified will begin to receive critical order data for analysis purposes. This installation does not require any technical resources on your end, streamlining the implementation process further.
All your team needs to do is:
- Install the Riskified app on the Shopify store, which we will provide during the integrations process
- Decide how you want to customize your post-decision order flow once you are using Riskified

Other Integrations
We have other integration capabilities such as a Magento extension, SFCC, VTEX, SAP and Commercetools cartridges. These options allow you to integrate at a much faster pace than using our API integration.
