If you are a partnered merchant, you are eligible for “full access” to all of Riskified’s documentation including technical guides, step-by-step instructions on how to use our products, and updates on recent product releases. Since only partnered merchants get “full access” to documentation, what constitutes a “partnered” merchant?
This is any merchant with an active account with Riskified, meaning your company has a signed contract.
How is “full access” to documentation different from what is available online to the general public (without logging in)?
“Full access” requires you to log in and grants you permission to view over 65 detailed articles related to Riskified’s product suite. If you do not log in, you will only see basic and limited resources.
Can my entire team be granted “full access” to documentation?
Yes. As long as you are a partnered merchant, anyone on your team can get “full access.” See the section below on what to do.
Get Full Access to Documentation
If you are a partnered merchant, simply go our documentation home page (Help Center) and click the purple "Sign In" button. You will use your Control Center credentials (Riskified’s web app) to sign in. Once you are successfully logged in, you will see all documentation.
