Find Transactions for a Specific Order
- Log into the Control Center.
- Go to the left navigation bar and click Billing ($ icon). Click on the “Activity” section.
- Click on the Transactions tab.
- Then, you can search for a specific order and all charges/credits will be displayed. (Note: charges/credits are calculated every 24 hours. Therefore, if you are trying to find a charge/credit due to an order even that happened today, the charge/credit will not appear in the Control Center until tomorrow.)
Download a Custom List of Transactions
On the Transactions Tab (located in the “Activity” section Billing), you have flexibility with viewing your charges and credits. Instead of having to download the monthly Transactions CSV and filtering that spreadsheet, you can easily customize your reports to show only the transactions you want.
- Filters: As you apply filters, you will see the Transactions table update accordingly.
- Sort Column Data: Some of the columns allow you to sort in ascending/descending order.
- Customize Column Data: You can add/remove columns, and also drag columns to the specific arrangement you want.
- Export Transactions: The way you customize the Transactions tab (column order, sorting, and filters) is how the data will be exported.
- You can choose to “export now” for an immediate CSV download.
- You can create a “scheduled export,” which will email you the report on a routine basis.
Aggregated Charges
Aggregated charges only occur for merchants who are billed for non-guaranteed segments (i.e., Advise product). Our billing system will aggregate all orders that occur over a 24-hour period into a single charge.
- You will see aggregated charges in the Transactions tab with a “Order Details +” icon.
- Click on the icon to see a granular breakdown of which orders were included in that aggregated charge.
