Submitting an order for review
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Use the search tool in the top lefthand corner to locate the order.
- Select the Submit icon
Please note: Orders that are older than 7 days cannot be submitted to review.
Canceling a submitted order
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Use the search tool in the top lefthand corner to locate the order.
- Select the Request Refund icon
Note: Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated or reversed. If canceled, a new order must be placed again by the customer.
How to view a list of all orders
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select Orders in the navigation bar in the top center.
- Choose a specific date range in the top left corner.
- A list of all orders submitted to Riskified for review will generate.
Lists can be sorted by Order ID, Creation Time, Billing Name, Email, Status and Amount.
How to search for an order
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- In the top left corner, hover over the search icon
- Search for orders using the order number or email address.
How to view orders still under review
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- In the top right corner, click the Real Time icon
How to see a list of orders not submitted for review
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select Orders in the navigation bar in the top center.
- Choose a specific date range in the top left corner.
- A section of Excluded Orders will appear at the bottom of the Orders page.
