- Select your username in the top right corner.
- Go to Account Settings (accessible to Account Owners and Admins only).
- Under the Basic Settings section, toggle Auto Void on and select Save.
Please note: The Payment authorization setting within Shopify must be set to 'manually' in order for the Riskified Auto Void setting to apply.

Fees on canceled orders or partial refunds
If you cancel an order (full refund) or update the order amount (partial refund) in your Shopify admin, our systems automatically detect the change and adjust the order review fee.
If an order is canceled after being approved by Riskified, a fee to cover order review costs will be charged.
Fees on unfulfilled orders
If an order is canceled or refunded in your Shopify admin, our systems automatically detect the cancellation and credit your account for the order review fee. In cases where an order is canceled while under review by Riskified, no charge will be made. If an order is partially refunded in Shopify after Riskified has approved it, the charge for that order will automatically be adjusted to reflect the new order value.
How to automatically send cancellation emails for declined orders
