Submitting orders for review
Submitting an order is an easy and straightforward process. It can be done using the Submit API endpoint, your platform integration, or manually through your Riskified account.
To submit an order for review using our web app, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Use the search tool in the top lefthand corner to locate your order.
- Select the Submit icon.
Please note: Orders created more than 7 days ago cannot be submitted to review.
Canceling a submitted order
To cancel an order that has been reviewed, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Use the search tool in the top lefthand corner to locate your order.
- Select the Request Refund icon.
Can a canceled order be reinstated?
Once the order status is “canceled," an order cannot be reinstated. Canceling an order is an irreversible action; a customer must place a new order.
How to view a list of all orders
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select Orders in the navigation bar in the top center.
- Choose a specific date range in the top left corner.
- A list of all orders submitted to Riskified for review will generate.
Lists can be sorted by Order ID, Creation Time, Billing Name, Email, Status and Amount.
How to view orders still under review
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select the Real-Time icon
from the Dashboard beneath your username.
How to see a list of orders not submitted for review
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select Orders in the navigation bar in the top center.
- Choose a specific date range in the top left corner.
- A section of Excluded Orders will appear at the bottom of the Orders page.
