Add billing notification recipients
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select your username in the top right corner.
- Go to Account Settings (accessible to Account Owner and Admins only).
- Go to the Billing section.
- Click the Add user icon under Billing Settings.
- Fill in the user's email address.
- Click Add.
To remove a recipient, click the trash can icon located next to the user you'd like to remove.
Please Note: Billing and payment notifications will always be sent to the Account owner by default.
Update credit card details
To change your credit card details, please follow these steps:
- Select Billing on the left-hand side on the Riskified web app.
- Select Payment on the top-center of the page.
- Select Change card and enter the new information.
Download an invoice
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select your username in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Billing (accessible to Account Owners and Admins only).
- Find the appropriate billing month and click the PDF icon.
View payment history
- Log into the Riskified web app.
- Select your username in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Billing (accessible to Account Owners and Admins only).
- Select Payment History.
Review refunds from canceled orders
To access your payment history directly from the web app, please follow these steps:
- Log into the web app.
- Select Billing (accessible to Account Owners and Admins only).
The Billing section contains account information, including your current balance, past payments, and a downloadable CSV file with a summary of your charges by type.
