Find Charge or Reimbursement for an Order
Give People Access to Billing Documents
Access Billing Documents
Riskified has 3 billing documents:
- Monthly Invoice (totaled charges/reimbursements during the month)
- Monthly Charges CSV (a breakdown of every charge/reimbursement incurred during the month)
- Statement of Account (your overall account balance)
You can access these billing documents inside the Control Center:
- Log into the Control Center.
- Click on the "Billing icon” ($) in the bottom left side of your screen (accessible only to Owner and Admin users).
- Once you are on the billing section, select Current balance or Payment history.
- Click the PDF or CSV icons of the relevant billing month to download each file. The Statement of Account will be displayed within the Billing section under "Current balance." It will show you how much is still owed on your overall account.
Note: Each month, Riskified will also send a monthly billing email with attachments of the invoice, charges breakdown, and statement of account. If you need to add people/emails to receive this monthly notification, please see "Billing Email Notifications" under Email Notifications. However, in general, we advise that you use the Control Center to access the most up-to-date information.
View Payment History
- Log into the Control Center.
- Click on the "Billing icon” ($) in the bottom left side of your screen (accessible only to Owner and Admin users).
- Once you are on the billing section, select Payment history.
- Under each month, you can click the dropdown to see how payment was made to close out that invoice.
Find Charge or Reimbursement for an Order
If you want to find a specific charge or reimbursement for a single order, you can see it in your monthly charges CSV. Here are steps on how to find it:
- Log into the Control Center.
- Click on the "Billing ($)” icon in the bottom left side of your screen (accessible only to Owner and Admin users).
- Click the CSV icon for the relevant month to download the .csv file. The charge or reimbursement will appear in the same month that the order’s status is changed. For example, if an order is marked as eligible for reimbursement due to a chargeback in February, the reimbursement will show up in the February CSV.
- Once you have the charges CSV, filter the Order_Name column to the order number you want.
- Look at the Charge type column to view the applicable charges.
Give People Access to Billing Documents
If you need to grant people access to retrieve billing documents, you will want to add them as an "Admin" user on the Control Center. To do this, please see "Add, Edit, or Delete Users" under User Roles & Permissions.
If you also want them to receive billing email notifications, please see "Billing Email Notifications" under Email Notifications. However, in general, we advise that you give them access to the Control Center Billing section for the most up-to-date information.
