Why did I receive a late notice?
There may be a gap between when a payment is received by Riskified and when it is reconciled internally. This process can take a few days. If you have already paid, please disregard this notice.
- If you pay by credit card: Credit card payments are automatically charged through our web app. If you received a late notice and pay by credit card, please check your payment details in the web app to make sure that your information is correct and up to date.
- If you pay by wire transfer: It may take up to two weeks for the payment to appear in your account. If you do not see a payment update after two weeks, please email our receivables team per your business entity:

Adding a reference to the invoice number as a comment on the bank transaction can help accelerate the reconciliation process.
