Why did I receive a late notice?
Payment Types
Riskified offers different payment options for merchants depending on total monthly fees. Payment options will be stipulated in your contract. In general, we have merchants who pay by:
- Credit Card (under $3K/month)
- Wire Transfer (over $3K/month)

Why did I receive a "late payment" notice?
If you pay by credit card
Credit card payments are automatically charged on the day that we release monthly invoices. If you receive a late notice and pay by credit card, please check your payment details in the Control Center to make sure that your information is correct and up to date:

Log into the Control Center.

Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner (accessible only for Owner, Admins, or Developer users).

Click on the “Billing” tab.

Check the credit card to see if it has the most updated payment information. If you need to update it, the Owner of your account will need to update it inside the Control Center (in this same webpage of the Control Center).
If you have the correct credit card information but are still receiving a "late payment" notice, please email support@riskified.com for further assistance.
If you pay by wire transfer
It may take up to two weeks for the payment to appear in your account. If you do not see a payment update after two weeks, please email our receivables team per your business entity:

Adding a reference to the invoice number as a comment on the bank transaction can help accelerate the reconciliation process.
Riskified's Wire Transfer Details
If you pay by wire transfer, payment can be made using the instructions located at the bottom of your invoice.
