Will you contact my customers?

By default, we will not contact your customers during the review process. However, in some cases we may want to call a customer in attempt to gather more relevant information. You can allow us to do so by checking the appropriate box in your account’s Settings section.

What happens with the information Riskified collects as part of the process?

In order to complete the review process and reach an accurate decision, we are required to collect specific data. Our merchants’ and their customers’ privacy is of the highest importance to us – we do not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or forward data to 3rd parties.
